All orders will be shipped within 48 hours once the order has been submitted. If there are backordered items they will be shipped as soon as possible. You should receive your order by UPS in 7-10 business days after you have placed your order. Express delivery is available upon request. Notice we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product and it is in new condition and you have the original packaging you have the option of returning the item. If you would like to return the item please contact us at 1-(877)-523-4300 or send an e-mail to danohearingproduct@yahoo.com for a return authorization. All returns must include the return authorization and a copy of the original packing slip. Your credit card will be credited when the returned item has been received at Dano Hearing Products.
IF you recieved an item that has been damaged during shipping please keep all original packaging including the damaged box. Report the damage immediately to UPS. Ups will inspect and pick up the package. Contact Dano Hearing Products for a replacement order.
Please contact Dano Hearing Products if you receive a new item that is defective. This item will be returned and replaced by Dano Hearing Products. For all other warranty issues covered under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
